I am Neon Blue!!!

I am neon blue,
for i am threw and threw,
i live the party,
till it smooths,
into the pale howling moon.

I may be depressive,
and i may make you look down,
but instead look up,
and you'll see me all around!

I say i am neon,
but that is not true,
for i am just simply blue,
i'm just the pure essence, threw...  and threw...
